At WYLUNA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We understand that sometimes an order may not be quite right, and we're here to help.

Because contact lenses come into direct contact with your eyes, we follow important hygiene and safety precautions when handling returns and exchanges.

Please review our return and refund policy before requesting a return.

01 / Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return:

The product must be unused and unopened.
All original seals must remain intact.
The product must be in its original packaging and original condition.
Proof of purchase or a valid order number is required.
The return must be authorized by WYLUNA before the product is shipped back.

Please contact our customer care team before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

02 / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and eye safety reasons, contact lenses that have been opened, unsealed, worn, or used are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

The following situations are not eligible for standard returns once the product has been opened:

A change of mind about the color or style
A color that appears different from product photographs
Personal dissatisfaction with the appearance of the lenses
A change in personal preference after opening the packaging

Please note that the appearance of colored contact lenses may vary depending on your natural eye color, lighting conditions, and individual eye characteristics.

These restrictions do not apply to remedies available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products or to rights protected by applicable law.

03 / Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if available
The product's LOT or batch number, if available

Please retain the original product packaging while your request is being reviewed.

If you believe a contact lens is defective or damaged, do not wear or continue using it.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

For confirmed product defects or fulfillment errors, WYLUNA will cover necessary return or replacement shipping costs.

The suggested 7-day reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

04 / How to Request a Return

To request a return, please visit our Contact Us page and provide:

Your order number
The item you would like to return
The reason for your return request

Our customer care team will review your request and provide instructions if your item is eligible.

Please do not send any items back until you have received return authorization and the correct return address.

05 / Return Shipping Costs

For eligible standard returns that are not related to a product defect or an error made by WYLUNA, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items, WYLUNA will cover necessary return or replacement shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for authorized returns.

06 / Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any refund required under applicable law will be processed in accordance with those requirements.

07 / Order Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests before an order enters fulfillment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to the return eligibility requirements outlined above.

This section does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

08 / Prescription Verification Issues

A valid contact lens prescription is required for all U.S. contact lens orders, including plano (0.00) colored contacts.

Orders cannot be fulfilled until the applicable prescription requirements have been satisfied.

If your prescription cannot be verified, your order will remain on hold while we contact you about the available next steps.

If your order cannot be fulfilled because prescription requirements have not been met, you may request cancellation and a refund to your original payment method.

Any applicable legal requirements regarding order cancellations and refunds will be honored.

09 / Lens Discomfort & Eye Safety

Your eye health always comes first.

If you experience eye pain, redness, irritation, blurred vision, or unusual discomfort while wearing contact lenses, remove them immediately and contact an eye care professional promptly.

Do not continue wearing lenses that cause discomfort.

Lens discomfort does not automatically indicate a manufacturing defect. If you believe your lenses are defective, please contact our customer care team with your order number and relevant product information so we can review the issue.
