Welcome to WYLUNA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by WYLUNA ("WYLUNA," "we," "us," or "our"), and are powered by Shopify.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Use of Our Services

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase, creating an account, or communicating with us.

You may not use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, or interfere with the security or operation of our website.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Products and Product Information

WYLUNA offers colored contact lenses. Our initial collection consists of plano (0.00) lenses intended to change the appearance of the eyes without correcting vision.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, specifications, and descriptions. However, actual lens appearance may vary depending on natural eye color, lighting, screen settings, and individual characteristics.

Product specifications, wearing instructions, and replacement schedules may vary. Please review the relevant product details and manufacturer-provided labeling before use.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Contact Lens Prescriptions

All contact lenses sold to customers in the United States, including decorative and plano (0.00) lenses, require a valid contact lens prescription.

An eyeglasses prescription is not a substitute for a contact lens prescription.

Contact lenses must be properly fitted by a licensed eye care professional. The prescription must be valid and appropriate for the specific lenses ordered.

WYLUNA will provide a means for customers to present their contact lens prescription before placing an order, as required by applicable law. Where permitted, customers may also authorize verification with their prescribing eye care professional.

We will not dispense or ship contact lenses unless the applicable prescription presentation or verification requirements have been satisfied.

We do not substitute a different contact lens brand or manufacturer solely because lens measurements appear similar. Any substitution must comply with applicable law.

Orders that cannot meet prescription requirements will not be fulfilled. Applicable cancellation and refund rights will be honored.

4. Contact Lens Safety

Contact lenses are regulated medical devices and must be used according to professional guidance and applicable product instructions.

Before wearing contact lenses, obtain an appropriate eye examination, contact lens fitting, and instructions from a licensed eye care professional.

Follow all instructions concerning insertion, removal, cleaning, storage, wearing time, and replacement. Never share contact lenses with another person.

If you experience eye pain, redness, blurred vision, irritation, or unusual discomfort, remove the lenses immediately and contact an eye care professional promptly.

Information provided on our website is for general educational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available for defective or unsafe products under applicable law.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

Orders remain subject to payment authorization, product availability, applicable prescription requirements, and other lawful verification procedures.

We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including unavailable products, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or unmet prescription requirements.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

6. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to update prices and promotions. Price changes will not retroactively affect accepted orders except as permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

WYLUNA currently ships within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.

Once applicable prescription requirements have been satisfied, estimated order processing takes 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping is estimated to take 2–5 business days after shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Express shipping is not currently offered.

Prescription verification time is separate from processing and shipping estimates.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits any delivery or refund rights available under applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligible unopened and unused products may be submitted for a return request within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, unsealed, worn, or used contact lenses are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible standard returns unrelated to product defects or fulfillment errors.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery. This suggested reporting period does not limit any rights under applicable law.

Order cancellation or modification requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Requests may not be accommodated after fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped, subject to applicable law.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Information related to contact lens prescriptions may be collected, used, disclosed, and retained as necessary for lawful prescription verification, order fulfillment, and compliance with applicable recordkeeping requirements.

The WYLUNA name, original website content, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and other materials are owned by WYLUNA or used with authorization from their respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by law.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We do not guarantee that a particular lens color will appear identical on every wearer or that a lens will be suitable for every individual.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties relating solely to uninterrupted website access or error-free website functionality.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective products, personal injury, fraud, or other legally protected claims.
